RETURN & REFUND POLICY (FINAL SALE EXCEPTIONS)
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages / incorrect items (48-hour window):
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Tokeah@vineyarddesignstudio.com with:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos of the item + packaging.

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Personalized items:
All personalized/custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do not mail items back unless you receive written authorization from us.
